Balikbayan Hub is a reference site for overseas Filipinos, with every rate, limit and rule sourced and dated. Information, not advice. There are no accounts, comments, or sign-ups here — just the form below, which opens your own email app.
The message we want most
A figure that looks off, a source link that moved, a customs rule that changed before our next check. That is the most useful thing you can send. Every data page carries a “checked” date for this reason. Point at the page and the figure, and we re-verify it against the official source.
What this inbox can’t do
It can’t tell you which remittance service to use, whether your box will clear, or what documents your situation needs. That is the rule the site is built on. Money and customs answers here are sourced, dated data and checklists, never personal advice. For your exact figure, the provider’s or Bureau of Customs’ own page is linked on every data page, and that is the authority over anything here.
